a few months ago

we were unhappily surprised

by the attacks on the houses

of some friends

 

twice, within an hour,

we were called at night

by friends

to contact police

-no 112 or 911 or 000 here-

because of attempted break ins

not such great experiences

in the middle of the night

 

after that 

we decided to reinforce

our entries

 

to make it even more difficult to get in

 

how about to get out ?

 

we found a welder

bought material

 

after a few days

we got ourselves

some extra gates

 

this is one of our doors

 

 

 

 

every time we go out

or go in

more locks

to lock

or

unlock

 

btw i love my kookaburras at the back door

 

and this blue wall is on our veranda

nothing yellow about that :)
