Last Friday Pim came home with a chicken. A nurse from one of the clinics gave it to him to give to his wife, very kind of her.
The chicken had the privilege to be driven around in the Land Rover for a couple of days. And had the opportunity to see a bit of the area. What a lucky chicken!
And above all, the chicken got a free flight into town.
The chicken, watermelons and a few kilos of prawns were part of the luggage.

About half an hour later, on Saturday afternoon, the chicken looked like this. A wee bit different.
Very interesting to see how the chicken got slaughtered and plucked.
There you go without head and feathers.
And into the stew it went…
A bit different than the chicken you buy at the supermarket…
